BLDGS is the executive architect for this $100m ($42m construction) adaptive reuse of a full city block in South Downtown Atlanta. As one of the initial projects to seed the re-establishment of this important historic district of the city, 222 Mitchell will add 360,000sf of mixed-uses (retail, restaurants, residential and office uses, with a new pocket park and expanded public spaces).
